Pack with Care
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring fragile crystal or glass elements are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
